Felix is led by Joint Managing Partners, Dan Clarke and Natalie Davies.
Dan joined our sister company, Liberty Flexible Workspaces, in January 2022 after spending 8 years in Commercial Real Estate most notably at Knight Frank in its Office Leasing Division.
Dan considers the complexity and diverse needs of each project to form a strategic approach, advising clients on a path to achieve their business goals in a new home and environment that raises the bar for each companies’ values and workplace happiness of their stakeholders.
Natalie, a Chartered Surveyor, brings several years of commercial property experience to the group. Her knowledge of the industry is supported by past roles as Senior Property Manager for both Perth Airport and Savills, as an Associate Director of Savills office leasing.
With an extensive understanding of the Perth office market, Dan and Natalie prides themselves on their relationships across the industry and their communication skills with all parties to get an outcome that everyone can be happy with, creating a strong working relationship between tenant and landlord from the start.
On meeting Dan Clarke from Felix RE at the beginning of the year, I wondered if the challenge of finding a sub-tenant for our lease in the Perth CBD was something that could be achieved.
